even though i wasnt hungry before bed I had whey+flax+pysllum husks. I woke at 5am..starving, so i had whey+10 almonds and went back to sleep.
dos this mean my cals are too low or am I eating the wrong foods to keep me satisfied? I still drink plenty of h20..so im not sure whats up?
