Wodin invented weight training.

I can verify this. I was there. This was back when Wodin was in furry diapers. (We called him "the kid" then.) A couple of us in the tribe had just finished killing the last teradactyl... hard as heck to bring those things down with wooden spears and stones... when we look over and there's Wodin holding a giant boulder above his head to drop on the teradactyl. It made us all laugh. The boulder was bigger than he was.



Wodin was so cute when he was little.

Anyway, after that day... we couldn't stop Wodin from lifting rocks. You spot a boulder... he'd pick it up. Pretty soon he had the other kids doing it.

Sofa George being the father of Life extension sciences started the whole movement when one day he extracted Dino Text from the testical of a slain T-rex. Dino balls were huge so all you had to do was slice a whole and have a decent stone bucket thing to catch and you were in business.

He would sit in a big old tub of it and swear that it worked transdermally. Of course noone else knew that and thought he was nuts till we saw him pic up a the baby brontisaurus and toss it at a charging mastadon.

The rest is history......
