I tried out some ephedrine/caffeine products in the last few days. I tried one capsule of thermalean then the next day tried making my own stack.
Both have approximately 25mg ephedrine and 200mg caffeine. I only tried it once in the morning an hour before working out.
With both I felt a huge energy boost, increase heart rate, tons of sweating and pretty much most of the symptoms i've read about.
this morning I felt like my heart was still pumping faster, and I was still a little more hyper than normal so I didn't take any more.
I'd like to make sure I don't over do it and end up messing myself up. Any advice on whether I should keep using this stuff or slow down on the dosage?
