So it went well. The attorney basically looked at me like "the fuck have you waited so long to do this?" when I broke it all down for her. I'm basically looking at mediation instead of court and primary (sole) custody if things stay the same as they already are. If the ex doesn't agree to the terms she said I have enough ammo between what I've documented and the fact that her mom and sister will be on my side as character witnesses that I could basically take my daughter from her and only give her every other weekend.

She's also going to charge me half of what her normal retainer is because it looks like such an easy case. But I'm still poor.

She is, and she's told me that she'll take Q and move in with him because it'd be a more stable family environment (ngr hasn't even filed yet, btw). I was just thinking "are you stupid AND out of your fucking mind?" He's also been telling her she should sue for full custody so she can get back child support from me, even though I can show documentation and her own mother and sister will back me.

Lemme know about the j-o-b thing. What I'm doing now sucks assholes.

I for sure will...I was talking with the guy the other day and he mentioned Utah and how he quit doing business there because Mormans are hard to deal with or something, and I thought of you. I mentioned you and he said he'd be willing to go back into UT.

Basically it's a Rep for an extended warranty company. Sign Dealers up with the company and you make residuals based off each dealers performance (like an insurance agent kinda) I figured you'd probably do well at it since you dealt with people in the mortgage bidness. The good thing is you could contine to tend bar or whatever your'e doing if you wanted to while you got yourself established.
