Yeah I can imagine. This is basically so I can keep her from just taking Q away from me. I guess she's told some people she'd be within her rights to do so and that Q would be better off in a stable family environment, which apparently means shacking up with a married guy.

2) I'd bet your attorney will advise you to not go the "PoS mom" route. Even if she's caught red-handed doing bad things, I'd avoid a situation where she's on trial for being a bad mother, because she'll defend herself more vigorously. I remember when my daughter decided to stay with me full time. I didn't rock the boat at all -- even kept paying child support as if it were a 50/50 arrangement.

Yeah you definitely want the sole custody. It will solidify things from a legal standpoint.

Thanks. People have told me to avoid that as well, but to have what I've documented on hand. The attorney told me to bring what I have, but the amount of time alone that I have Q should supposedly be enough. She actually has her less than the minimum time allowed for if I already had sole custody.

Man, you deserve a ton of respect for raising your angel virtually alone.
I know how rewarding and difficult it can be. Take care of the legal aspect. It should be good for your head too.
