I.èat atleast 5 times a.day
I.prepare.pasta for like a week,also meatballs , things like that
So that when.i have to.èat I just take it out of the.fridge
Today wqs.chest and shoulders
Morning
Woke up 2 servings op whey protein
Half can of monster energy the blue one
Went to the gym
Did abs and some shrugs(i want some big ass.shrugs )
Came home
12:00 pasta the white one with meat
14:30 some rice and tayapom
16:30 winstrol ,tamoxifen some nuts
17;30.animal pump
18:00 gym chest shoulders
After the gym 2 servings of whey protein
And now im.on my way to buy some chicken breasts..
My body needs meat i.can feel it
