Today wqs.chest and shoulders
Morning
Woke up 2 servings op whey protein
Half can of monster energy the blue one
Went to the gym
Did abs and some shrugs(i want some big ass.shrugs )
Came home
12:00 pasta the white one with meat
14:30 some rice and tayapom
16:30 winstrol ,tamoxifen some nuts
17;30.animal pump
18:00 gym chest shoulders
After the gym 2 servings of whey protein
And now im.on my way to buy some chicken breasts..
My body needs meat i.can feel it

I'm trying to rid my damn man boobs too. No bread or juice carbs are only oatmeal granola every mday...small amounts of brown rice about every three days. Meats-chicken breast skinless and tolapia and salmon, juiced veggies everyday plus a side of veggies when eating my main course meals which is 4 times a day. I'm working on getting a better diet and eating but my job gets in the way...I'm only taking sus250 once a week in my 6th
