Winstrol Only Cycle

I was thinking of doing a winstrol only cycle to try and lean up some. I can get huge when bulking but lose a lot lot of mass when trying to lean up some. Does anyone know if this should help?

6 weeks
week 1 - 100mg
week (2-4) - 150 mg
week 3 - 100 mg
week 4 - 50 mg

Then ending with some clomid.
Any help would be great.
 
i took the 50mg winnies for around 45 days or so (one a day). I put on 8 solid pounds (went from 172 to around 183 and then lost to 180 and stayed). However, it was my first cycle so i don't know if that makes it any different. also, i had never really worked out seriously like i did during that time, so much of the gains may have just been the excercise! it appears (and feels) to me that the gains were lean and solid.

winny only cycle is pointless imo, you'll just waste your money. At most you'll probably gain is 5lbs. of which you'll lose a couple I'm sure. Just not worth the money. If you want a more effective lean mass builder go with EQ at 400-600mg/week. It is safer and more effective than winny is.
 
Try a EQ/Winny combo. This is a VERY effective cutting or lean muscle gainer. EQ@400mgs for 10 weeks and Winny@50mgs a day for weeks 8-12.
 
i love winny only cycles. i agree u will only gain 5-8 lbs, but it will be lean, and hard. guess its b/c i'm about the size i want to be. so it depends on your goals. im not sure i understand your doses? i did 50 mg EOD and was very pleased. many here will say u should do 50 mg ED b/c of its short half life. makes sense, but im a little wary of being a pin cushion and further aggravating the joint pain i get using EOD. although, i'll probably try it ED next time to see how much of a difference it really makes. EQ + winny is something i'm thinking about down the road, so thats pretty good advice, too. anyways, my .02 is that its worth it, and good luck!
 
150mg of winny ED? There's no need to go that high.

Winny does have fat burning effects at high doses (100mg ED).

Do 100mg a day for 4 weeks, but keep an eye on your liver, and your cholesterol levels.

It won't really help you cut the fat, only diet and cardio will.
 
good point Heyyo. 2 winny only cycles made me hard as hell, but didnt do too much for fat loss. its definitely a cardio and diet thing to get the washboard look.
 
winny wont burn fat, and its fuckin shite at building muscle.
bad news for kidneys, and makes most men lose hair rapidly.
I wouldnt use it unless your going to compete in next few weeks
Use a proper anabolic, mixed with a decent androgen, do the diet and cardio and you'll be alot better off than on winny alone

You will be pleased with the results. Most hard gainers write off cycles without test because they have shit for genetics. Winstrol to a Mesomorph-type who can bulk easy will give a very good look. For one you will gain about 10-15 lbs with decent nutrition (300g+/day) and two you will get a hard chiseled look to go with it. Your gains will be the sticking type.
 
Your dose is WAY too high! Just go w/ 50 mg ED. I've done a winny only cycle and I loved it. It gave my just the results I was looking for. Super hard and about 8 lbs of muscle added. I'm not into the huge look, so I loved the results.
 
sorry for the confusion, those doses were for an entire week.

I am not really worried about gaining a whole lot of mass, mainly b/c by doing a deca + dianabol cycle I get up to 225. I have started cardio and leaned out on the carbs especially at night. Already down to 210, the new job I got plus didn't really come off of the cycle as should have.

Was reading about clenbuterol as a bridge when coming off, does that help a lot in letting you keep most of your gains.

Again I would like to try and get the hard defined look before I try to seriously bulk up again, thanks. Also what about EQ + Winny, too much considering it will be my 1st time using either one.
 
I did a winny/EQ cutting cycle with limited results. Since then, I have read on this board that many feel that test is necessary when cutting to retain muscle mass.
