First off I'm going to do 50 mg a day for 4 wks should I do something like 50mg in one bicep on monday then 50mg in the other on tuesday or 25mg in each arm on monday then hit them again say thursday keeping in mind I have other muscles calfs, shoulders etc. to do
i mean i wouldn't split up 1cc of winny into two shots to try and keep the bicep levels the same, in other words just do one cc in the left one day, the next do a cc in the right, just keep it even, but no need to take two shots per day, do all 1cc in one shot
only muscles worth site injection are bi's, tri's and delts, i'd rotate delts for a week, tri's for a week, and bis for a week, unless one area need more intense improvement, then you could hit them more often
I don't think I'll do much in the shoulders because they already dominate my physic and always have my arms are a little over 17 cold but I want 18 my calfs are awful and my right peck needs to catch up to my left I have 25 amps what do you suggest
site injections aren't magical, i only started doing them because my ass and quads couldn't handle every day injection of such volume. I wouldn't do pecs, i say run them in bi's and tris, whatever is lagging the most, but i would stay away from pecs and calves, i've heard some bad stories about calve injections
