You want to go IM, solidspine, and unless you plan on changing needles, you will play hell drawing from a zambon amp with those short needles. A one or one and a half inch 23 or 25 is fine.......injected in the bi's and delts...no pain, no blood....I do it every day. Give the bi a half a flex so you can see the veins, and inject right at the peak on the inside of the big vein down the middle.
