Winny Depot, feel like I need to explode, normal??

Sounds like Hyper tension to me I got it in my feet when I first started Dbol.

Is it normal to feel like your muscles need some kind of explosive release when on Winny depot? I'm getting twingy burny sensations in my chest and neck and arms like I need to either explode or really relax them somehow. Should I be worried about this? Should I stop?
