i am training hard now, and experiencing some tendonitis in my knees, and its just from wear and tear, i am not taking glucosamine right now, but i heard that helps, right now all i do is take celebrex, or advil from workout to workout to mask the pain. question is i plan on taking winny at 50mg a day for six weeks for my powerlifting meet, and was wondering if that would worsen my knees up as winny starts to cause joint problems.
if i should be taking glucosamine, what is the dosage per day. and for how long and do i start it before the winny so its ready to kick in and block the soreness.
