lol, I see, it's a good vid, why not spread it around.

No holding hands, that is way too friendly...

Time to go home, it's officially the weekend... at least for me.

Cheers everyone. It better not snow again!

I dont agree with your first line you need to understand that most of the coaches use to be players at one point. Now that we said that take a look at what era they played in most are from the early 70's of football maybe some young ones are 80 and they did not have the equipment/techniques that players nowadays have but these coaches at one point could hit/run like players of now.As a former high school football player i knew that my coaches program was the best for me. My coaches when i played where young and they did the drills with us which made it more fun. Its always good hitting the person making you do 5 miles.
that is often true.
but still, lotsa those coaches were never as good as the players they coach
and the coaches that were ballers can suck as coaches
isiah thomas for example

lloyd carr, bill belicheck come to mind
but, maybe with weightlifting legit ness is only acheived with numbers.

Are you saying that your theory (a good one) may only apply to sports fitness not so much BBing or weight lifting?

just curious.

my theory that nfl coaches can give advice without having equal experience whereas somebody giving pl advice/bb'ing advice needs to have equal if not more experience?
i think that is my theory lol, it just kinda seems that way.

it depends. i don't enjoy scrawny personal trainers trying to enlighten me with their techniques of mass building that obviously didn't work on them, just as much as i love hearing how to " GET RIPPED " from a trainer who's got more chins than a chinese phonebook.
