hey guys i know people do alot of cardio on cycle (aerobic)
but what about wrestling (anerobic) and fighting i have good body building isolation workouts but i also train alot of mma and jiu jitsu do you think that my body would conform more to the sport or more to the weights while on gear?

What do you want to get out of the cycle?

Fuck it dude... Make your body functional first. I'm sure with the right training and diet you can have both mass and functionality... but go for usefulness first. Whats muscles if you get your ass beat by a fat trucker at a bar.

lol my goals are to put on lean muscle mass..i am more athleticly built than bulky muscular build..i want to have a more lean ripped body i can move well for my size when i was 250 i ran a 4.9 40 and was a highly awarded wrestler in highschool. now a few years later im 210 and faster and stronger than ever but still dont have that muscular look im talkin about. i have a body building isolation workouts..yet still train wrestling, jiu jitsu and boxing. diet is in check..
but i was curious as to if alot of wrestling will complicate the look im going for if my body conforms as a wrestler rather than a lean ripped muscular look.
not saying im going to stop training because the agressivness and endurance i have felt over the past couple sessions have been outstanding..

the gear should compliment your training.

I'm not sure what you're saying. I thought wrestlers were generally at least somewhat lean/ripped.

have you ever looked at like a D1 wrestler...they are build very funny.. and i have just heard alot of speculation that your body changes for the sport..your delts build differently..your legs other body parts becuase your tearing down the muscle in an awkard way which is also key to crossing plateaus (working the muscle in a way its not acustomed to) just curious if any one has had experience with this..
