Will test levels return to normal?

32 year old male. So I have had my testosterone levels checked at various intervals and they always test on the low end of normal (in the 300's ng/dl). It isn't enough for my physician to want to consider TRT, but my strength sucks big time (serious girls out lift me at the gym), I can't gain sh*t in terms of muscle mass.

So I decided to take things into my own hands. I found what appears to be a legit source for testosterone at a decent price but it's not something I can afford year round. If I run this at say 500 mg per week for 10-12 weeks, assuming proper PCT, is it possible my natural test levels won't return to what they were?

Has anyone ran TRT in cycles and noticed test levels return to normal or am I just basically stuck for life on the stuff?

Thanks in advance.

Dude, that will just suppress you more. Try some UNLEASHED, Bridge and Phytoserms. THAT will help. And when the time comes, do a proper HRT.

opening the can of worms at 32 is something I wouldn't even consider.

i would try lifestyle changes and natty supps as nelson has suggested first. if you are still feeling like you have exhausted all remedies then you can find a doctor who will prescribe you. but from the way you are talking i don't think you have tried to fix the problem.

also remember when you workout you stimulate the bodies hormones, so if you are saying you are being outlifted by females at the gym this tells me you aren't working out enough.. those females have way less test than 300ng/dl.. its just that they are commited more than you. so get in there and start doing squats, deads, and heavy compound lifts. that will get things going

Unleashed is fucking awesome. I've actually gained strength in my PCT. Thats right! Gained strength.

I have tried OTC supplements, DAA, Traizole to no avail. My training has been consistent. I started with Starting Strength, than moved to 5/3/1. I did make a lot of progress just not much. I mean guys my size lift a hellavulot more than I can. I just don't get it.

I am consistent with training and diet, I missed 2 workouts in the last year due to strep throat, otherwise I hit every workout. Diet is in check, I track everything on fitday.com. I gained 40 lbs but a lot of it fat and whenever I over eat now I just gain fat and strength gains will no longer happen.

I have been lifting for 3 years. Feel like TRT is my only option. Was thinking about getting 2 vials of Test E and running it at 500 mg for 10 weeks. If I run Nolva and Armix and a natty T booster as my PCT will my levels at least return to the sh*t fest that they are? If not I guess I could always get blood work and than go on official TRT. I really just am not excited about making TRT a life long thing, especially with the way health isurance is being run in the near future (i.e. government health insurance).

Try volume training, using a lighter weight (60-70% of 1RM) for more reps, this should help cause the microtears in your muscle for recovery.
Make sure your diet is clean and I agree, supps like Unleashed and HCGen are amazing.

Atleast give that a try before injecting, remember injected test will suppress you and shut you down hard.

you lost me on this. what does that have to do with deciding on whether to go on TRT or not?

once you go on TRT the can of worms gets opened. and don't think for a minute that you are magically gonna become a beast on TRT. that merely gets your levels to normal levels, you still have to work out, monitor your levels closely, check in with docs, and the whole nine yards on TRT.

its just like not taking care of your teeth and having them fall off and getting fake teeth.. you still have to brush your fake teeth, floss them.. etc. so might as well take care of your real teeth first

i think you don't get the concept that if you run test for 10 weeks it will suppress you further, it isn't gonna make your body magically create more test.. it doesn't work like that.. a guy at work told me he wanted to do this to jumpstart the body but i calmly explained to him that it doesn't work like that

Steroid use hypogonadism can be reversed with the right medication therapy. If your hypogonadism is natural, without exogenous testosterone, you need to be on trt for the rest of your life.
