Will sarms affect my studies?

I’m wondering if you think sarms could affect my studies since i am currently in college
Just turned 21, 5’5’’ and 164 pounds
Would like to get wider since i am so short
My main concern is if it will have any effect on my study habits. make me tired, make me have brain fog and all that stuff. a buddy of mine use steroids and that's what happened to him. he started getting worse grades in school
