Wife thinks I'm gonna die in my sleep?

crimson coal said:
My wife has been saying that I have been snoring rather loudly in my sleep. The real prob though is she says that alot of the times I breathe out and it takes me about 30 seconds or so to breathe back in sometimes. Kinda like I'm forgetting to start breathing inand it's kind of worrying her. (Doesn't bother me cuz I'm asleep) Anyone else have anything like this going on at night? I am wondering if it's AS related.
Sleep apnea. It usually occours in morbidly obese persons but thats not to say that it doesnt effect others such as yourself.
You need to see your physician and tell him/her the signs and symptoms that are occouring. Usually a "sleep study" (done as an overnight stay at a hospital or clinic) to monitor your sleep patterns and periods of "apnea" (not breathing).
One method of treatment is a "CPAP" machine, standing for Contiuous Positive Airway Pressure. Its a mask over your face and the straps go behind your head. Then a small unit generates the positive (inward) airflow.
Hope that gives an overview for you.

My wife says the same thing, it happens when on or off, I think it is just a normal thing.

I have nightmares, last night my girlfriend woke up to me trying to break out of my window, I had the screen halfway broken also.

The nightmares and sleepwalking have been happening alot more now that im on my cycle, last time this happened this frequent I was a junior in high school.

Anyone have any info on hormones and night terrors?

bro, go to a doc. maybe not specifically aas related but maybe aas enduced. imo, any questions regarding your health and wellbeing should be addressed w/ your doc. and slash, i have f'd up dreams sometimes when i'm cycling, too.

Yeah, I know sleep apnea. Started snoring about the time of my first cycle. Used to snore loud enough to move small objects and expend quite a few gfs.
Friend took a video of me once. That was enough, not
only did I stop breathing, but I personally would have shot someone who kept me up with that. The CPAP might as well be my comforter blanket because I sure feel MUCH better now that I sleep with one. I hated the thought of wearing the thing. I use to tell myself it was a
nice clean shaven p*ssy everytime to get myself to put it on. One day they may have a dependable surgery for the condition, till then, I'll strap her on.

It is not AS related. My dad has "Sleep Apnea". It can be deadly if not treated. He has had bad heart problems for years. He was on heart medicine and had an irregular heartbeat. The doctors had to shock him 4 times on different occasions to bring his heart rate back to normal. My mom discovered his abnormal sleep patterns, such as yours. He went to a sleep clinic and they discovered his problem. The doctor prescribed a oxygen type sleep machine. Sounds really strange, but since he's been on the oxygen machine while he sleeps, he hasn't had any heart problems in almost one year. He's off all the heart medications and back to normal.
Have it checked out !!!!!!!:D
