So I have been working out pretty hard lately, lifting heavier than previoulsy and puching myself every session. I have got my diet in check yet I seem to have gain a 2lb in 2 weeks....wtf? Is this normal? Apprecaite its not about the scales but want to inderstand why that has happened.
Diet is:
eggs on a slice of granary bread
Tuna/chicken salad
Total 0% Greek yogurt
Low carb dinner.
