just curious as to why so many people insist on ordering everything online?i mean i understand if the product in question is hard to get otherwise but i mean things like flax seed and stuff? by the time u pay for shipping and handling...not to mention if u live in another country like canada, the price comes out to the same as if u went to a a good supplement store that has good deals...plus I'd rather not wait 2-4 weeks to buy glutamine..

It's about 40% cheaper for me. I've never paid more than $5 for shipping and never waited longer than a week. I don't know what the hell you've been doing. Online is super cheap bro.

He's been ordering from Canada where customs charges you 15% on any product you order.

I order supplement ins bulk, so my shipping isn't that much. but i just needed one bottle of something yeah i'd run to GNC and get it.

I've never found metabolic thyrolean anywhere *except* online. And that stuff rocks when added to a cutting cycle.

But as far as ordering things like 5-10 pound tubs of protien, I think it's crazy.
