OK OK OK. I know its better to run after your work out. But my g.f is toning up. And she works out 4 x a wk. And she likes running 2 miles before her work out and then she works out for 45min. I need somone to tell me EXACTLY why its better to run after a workout than before. So i can tell her. Isn't it that if you run that much before a work out then you have no stored glycogen left for your mucles then you have nothing to build with? Well lettme know!
