i have this argument whit my friend.

hes says that test is no good massbuilder if u dont stack it...
ive read all over everywhere that it is good by itself i always say to him.

now today i said to him...ill do a nine week masscycle and grow 8-9 pounds muscle...
then he laughed out, and said thats not possible bro, maybe over a year on aas but not one cycle.

i said to him that whit right diet and training and such that its possible.

hes got over 20 years of training beind him, he competed once, and hes over 240 pounds and in good shape so i dont know what to think, is he taking shit, even thou hes big as hell?
he even said that he talked to some pros that dont take test and stuff like that.

what to do, this will be my first cycle, but dont know who to trust....
 
9 permanent pounds of muscle is a lot, but it's possible if you really know how to cycle/train/eat/ do pct/ and post pct.
 
your friend is full of shit. this is just another case of people thinking they know something about AAS, when they truly dont. it is possible to gain and keep more than nine pounds with proper diet, training, and PCT.

im a newb on aas, never tried it, and never seen what it can do. have read about it and all over its the same info, that im right. but u understand that i get confused,

If you're virgin to aas, you'll easily get 9 pounds in 12 weeks bro.

If you truly want to do this you need to eat. And I mean a lot of good clean food. Do yourself a favor and watch the movie "Pumping Iron." I'm sure you have seen it already but pay attention to the scene where they are all going out to eat. Everybody has two steaks a bunch of eggs and a ton of other food. It's the nutrition you put into your body that makes you grow. Steroids helps your body hold onto that nutrition in the form of protein stored as muscle. So constantly be feeding. Nelson Montana make a good post at the top of this page that gives good advice about snacking. When you have meals eat a lot and eat between meals with good wholesome food.

Work your ass off in the gym, get plenty of rest outside of the gym and eat eat eat. Don't fall into the trap that fat makes you fat. It doesn't. Your body needs fat to make nervous tissue and other tissues. So eat good fats like nuts and egg yolks. Most of the protein of an egg is in the yolk anyhow.

To win this bet with this guy it's going to take every once of personal discipline you have. Every area of your life has to be spot on or you will fail. It can be done but you have to be up for it all the way.

Train like your life depends on it!!!
 
I would make sure that you have nolvadex on hand as if this is your first cycle you dont know how you will react - last thing you want is a new pair of titty's for your 'friend' to say told you so. I would advise taking 10mg ed weeks 4 - 9

I mean who knows the guy might have excellent genetics? lol get read, genetics alone isn't enough nowadays, especially if he really competed. I don't know a single person who's competed who hasn't taken juice. It's the nature of the beast.
 
Don't take the bet. You will easily gain 9 lbs but you will unlikely retain 9lbs of muscle in one cycle. Your friend is right. 9lbs of muscle does not equate to 9lbs on the scale. Most who train hard and eat right cannot do that. I would bet that if you do a cycle and then stop for the same amount of time, given that you are training and in shape now, you will not be 9lbs heavierin the end. My opinion.
