Sharks finally pull off a game 1 at home but just held on.
I'm looking forward to Hawks-Canucks series the most. They're already hating eachother which is never a bad thing.
Bruins and Philly even with the injuries also seems promising.
Pens-Habs will not be a repeat of Caps series.
im seeing alot of 2 man forechecks now and neutral zone traps which disappeared for awhile. the difference now is that the traps are higher speed races. its interesting because before the rule change the trap was huge bodies attaching to their man and clogging the neutral zone. now its a run run trap with 2 men pressuring the puck carrier. the speed makes the difference. why am i saying this? the habs and flyers are doing this. this is contributing to their success. i think the habs could suffocate the pens and force bad shots. i dont know, its been a great 1st round. hopefully the teams continue with the press and shot blocking. if that keeps up, the pens (who are really, really good but not as good as last year) could make mistakes. malkin is a turnover machine at times. im hoping the flyers can pull out some magic. they are going to need it with the bruins lock down defense.

i'm pretty sure no one outside of pittsburgh wants to see the penguins again.

I'm pretty sure more people would like to see Boston than Pittsburgh. That said I'm sure even more people would like to see Montreal.
I get tired of seeing the same teams every year (wings.. penguins)

tim tim... the habs wont suffocate the pens....... habs are super overrated after beating a caps team that has no playoff gear
