Hartnell is really making a name for himself in the Final so far, that pass to Briere on the 1st Flyer goal was sick (or maybe just lucky)
Briere got a little too cute later in the game when he tried to make that move in front of the net, just shoot the puck!!!
What's going on with Chicago's big guns? Has anyone seen Hossa?

Hartnell has been playing well. I can't stand the guy.
Hossa's shown up the last couple of games at both ends of the ice. It's Toews, Kane, Sharp and Campbell who I expected more from.
Good game last night. I'm happy Flyers won.

i was gonna bet philly till i saw they were favored.. didnt want to risk any K as i was saving up for the BOS/LA game tonight.

im starting to think the physicality of the flyers is starting to kick in. thats where 7 game series get tough. byfgulien is getting whooped up by pronger, and so is anyone else who goes near him. maybe thats part of it.
the hawks are really good, but niemi has been great. without him, i think the flyers are up 2 - 1 or 3 - 0. he has been awesome.
hartnell is finally playing. he was absent in the 1st 3 series. briere is hot and leino is too.
im wondering if keeping carcillo in over vanriemsdyke is the best choice offensively, but that could be that aggitator/physical role. kane is getting beat up. without that breakaway hes done nothing. sharp and campbell are getting too involved with the bullshit. thats good for the flyers but not for the hawks.
im just hoping the flyers pull out game 4. carter and richards still havent done shit. they need to get started.

Think Campbell is still feeling the effects of that concussion earlier in the year?

flyers have come together in the playoffs. hard to believe with all the talent they have that they only qualified for the playoffs in the last game with a shootout win.
hawks have to put more pressure on pronger by chipping the puck past him and hitting him in the corner. he plays so much but they're easy minutes.
i like carcillo but he's too mouthy and shows up the ref which makes him a bit of a liability. van riemsdyke is a better choice. Carter's foot must still be a problem cuz he's not the same player he was during the regular season.
home ice is making a difference in the finals. home town fans and last change helps but biggest difference seems to be on faceoffs.
i'm just glad we have a series. i liked flyers for game 3 but odds helped decision to go with chicago. i'll take them again tomorrow.
pulling for Celtics to stay within 5 pts tonight.

players are smarter nowadays. look at laperriere with his Kazoo helmet. his family and life after hockey matters most.
