Why Fear Muscle Milk?

So many top athletes I know or have talked to take this shit regurarly. It has scared me for so long, label is frightening....but, I broke down, Cookies nd Cream.....bst shit on the market!
 
Because you could probably buy bulk and come out way cheaper. Throw some MCT's and EFA's in your milk isolate shake and there you go.
 
The carb count and fat count are both too high to have together for me, assuming the carbs are high GI as I assume.
 
Hell no theye arent high gi, and they are like 12 in 2 sccops....here's what I'm doing.....what do ya think?

2 Scoops Complete Whey
2 C Skim Milk
SHOULD I DO AN APPLE HERE, OATMEAL, OR FATS LIKE UDO,FLAX, ETC.

1 scoop Muscle Milk

6 oz cooked beef or chx
5OZ YAM
Large SIZE SALAD VEGGIES

4 -
6 oz chicken
1 cup bron rice
veggies

TRAIN FROM 5:30-7:00

7:30
skim, 1/2 cup oats, few berries in a shake

9:30
cottage cheese, Shake of 1 scoop muscle milk, egg whites, veggies

BED
repeat on Mon, Tues, Wed, .... all week LOOK DECENT?
 
i think it tastes like crap...lol


i'd rather have a yogurt shake from baskin robbins and throw a scoop of isopure in it.
 
false-cause fallacy= just because it works for someone else doesnt mean it will work for you. just because a muscle milk user is huge and ripped doesnt mean it's because of the milk.
too much fat for my taste...especially post workout like cytosport suggests :rolleyes:
 
ive taken 2 shakes a day for 2 days............results have been = fat pig.....cmon man....it's a solid prebed profile protein.........no one ive known has gotten FAT with this supp.....it's top
