Hell no theye arent high gi, and they are like 12 in 2 sccops....here's what I'm doing.....what do ya think?

cottage cheese, Shake of 1 scoop muscle milk, egg whites, veggies

repeat on Mon, Tues, Wed, .... all week LOOK DECENT?
