I've been taking two or three scoops of muscle milk per day for the last couple of months and haven't had any issues putting on fat from it. I take it one scoop at a time, usually mid-morning, mid-afternoon and one before bed. In my opinion, it's the best tasting stuff out there. It's easier to be disciplined about taking the stuff religiously if you're looking forward to your next shake. My favorite flavors so far are Chocolate Milk and Cookies & Cream.
