Why Fear Muscle Milk?

I love the chocolate milk flavor. I mix one scoop of that with some whey to add some flavor before i hit the gym. Works great for me
 
I've been taking two or three scoops of muscle milk per day for the last couple of months and haven't had any issues putting on fat from it. I take it one scoop at a time, usually mid-morning, mid-afternoon and one before bed. In my opinion, it's the best tasting stuff out there. It's easier to be disciplined about taking the stuff religiously if you're looking forward to your next shake. My favorite flavors so far are Chocolate Milk and Cookies & Cream.
 
I use muscle milk 2-3 times/day, and haven't gained ANY fat from it. And I gain fat just by "looking" at certain foods.

The shit's good - since when have you guys let a "label" scare you?
 
MM is one of those "to each his own" products. The fat in MM is from MCT oils, which is perfectly fine.
 
I love muscle milk cookies and cream, I just bought 4 12 packs from sams of the pre-maid stuff, a little high on the price, but I think its great stuff.

Peanut butter chocolate muscle milk - mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. I want some. I never had a problem with the fat or carb content in muscle milk, though I always kept my cardio high, so I guess that's why.

I just ordered two more tubs of the Choc/PB from these guys - but then again - I always use these guys, and no I don't get anything from them.
