Instead of bulk, cut, bulk, cut, bulk, cut.....
Why doesnt everyone just recomp on every cycle? Seems much healthier and less strain on the body with all the big swings in bodyweight and bodyfat. Plus you will look better which is everyones damn goal here anyway

I think most people do, they just like to stay fit and looking good all year round. I think the people who bulk/cut are mostly competitive. But please go on I wanna hear more about what you think lol.

I'v jacked in the whole bulk/cut thing. Staying lean and gaining lean is what i'm going for from now on. I'll prob still eat a little more in the winter, and shredd up that little bit more in the summer, and switch compounds up but not major enough to call bulking and cutting.

cuz the body doesn't work like that. if you want to put on muscle you are gonna put on some fat too. for example i wanted to bulk up after my running days. so i stopped running 5X per week and started lifting again 5X per week instead. i put on 20 pounds naturally. my bf went up 2%. then on my deca cyclei zoomed from 7% to 17% bf. but i also put on a shit ton of muscle.

then i cut back down, and in the process lost some strength.. bench went from 320 to 300.. but i knocked out 3% bf in the process slowly trying to keep strength but also trying to lose fat.

now thats where AAS comes in.. my next cycle of tren/mast/test I plan on cutting off more fat but also getting stronger.. being able to do both is damn hard to do unless you are way below your genetic potential or are on AAS. fat burning supps like clen even will weaken you as they slice away fat

thats why powerlifters have weight classes split up every 10 pounds. you want to add 10 pounds of mass, well tough you are gonna have to move up a weight class.
