Shit on all out bulks.
1. I don't really have any desire to be huge in the BBer sense.
2. I've been upwards of 250 at 5'10" and it wasn't pretty. I was strong as fuck but my sleep was shit and I felt miserable all the time.
3. I like to be able to run, jump, play sports, surf, and ride trails. That's not happening at a swoled up 250.
4. I look better at a lean 200 then I every did at a bulked out 250. Consuming the amount of food required to maintain an extreme amount of mass shortens your life. Forcing your body to constantly digest food will send you to an early grave.
5. In my experience the ladies seem to prefer a sleek look over a bulked out bber look. I like getting poon.
