What if a person is just grumpy. Does that person need to apply inner strength not to be negative to the one that causes the grumpy state?

We each have the choice to be what we are in ANY point in our life. We can be "grumpy " and allow that crap to shine thru to other's..OR... WE can reach deep into ourselves and find what is making up un-happy and fix it!
