just figured id ask.. whenever i eat cheese or something with alot of cheese (american, cheddar, pepperjack) i feel great, great energy, ready to workout. if i eat potatoes anytime before a workout im basically going to have a shitty workout. same with oats if i eat more than half a cup. half a cups ok but over a cup and i just want to lay down. bacon wakes me right up,
