I started weight training because I wanted to look better. I was always the lanky guy, at 5'11" 145 for most of high school. F that. So I wanted to be NOT skinny.
As time has progressed, I always have that aesthetic goal. But it used to control 100% why I went. Now it's like 40%.

-I like the way it feels physically
-I like a challenge
-I like making progress
