I've been cut all my life through school sports and just being active. I went to college and starting hitting the weights pretty hard. Cardio is something that I neglect horribly, and I don't much else besides lift. I barely even do abs, and I still almost have a six pack. I'm still as cut as I ever was through just lifting. Do you think I should start doing cardio? Is there a real reason for it if I'm staying cut? Right now I'm probably around a 4.5 40 yd. but suck at long distance running. BTW, I'm on creatine and protein if it matters.
