Well, me personally i don't see the point since you can't use the engine.

Heres a question. Lets say you could have the identical car, but the engine would be about 150 hp instead of 350. BUt the car cost $10,000 less. Would you prefer that one or the 350 hp one?

I would most certainly prefer the 350 HP car. So you can't drive like a maniac, who cares. If you need to merge onto a highway or get away from some sicko or just in general get out of a bad situation then you know the car has the capacity to do so. And did I forget to mention, you look really cool driving it!
