Why are there so many criminals in the NFL,NBA ,and not NHL?

Athlete's are treated like gods. People idolize them, throw money at them and treat them like they're above the law. It starts in high school when they get away with fucking with kids in gym class or missing a lot of class. This continues and progressively gets worse and they push the envelope. Plus if we compare the percentages of athletes that get in trouble compared to the number of average joes who get in trouble they'd make us look pretty bad...That and because santa's a child molester who only targets the most supple young male athletes...which makes them go down the wrong path.

I agree with you for the most part. Although,I think the thing with them in school has to do with a parents role in there childs life. If your involved with your kid on a daily basis and teaching them morals and right from wrong etc. They can still be a good athlete and have the maturity to also do the right thing outside of the arena.

well, remember the joos were givin land to them that wasn't theirs............by force! So it's a different situation............they were given a country. As for the black here in the states............I beleive that every individual in the end has to own up to his own fuckups............but some things are ingrained in the culture. What Vick did goes beyond any societal pressuring.......so I'm not even going to talk about him, what he did has no precedence going back to no injustice at no time in our human history, he crossed a line reserved for the worst our species has to offer..........so forget about him. But BRR does have a point that when you subculture a people for so long..........a counterculture will always form that the ruling class will not like, and it's done that way on purpose. But it does seem like things are getting worse in the black community..........especially how they treat women, that's been my biggest problem with them. I"ve never held their hustle against them.......they're born in the hole so they have to do what they have to do to eat. I don't condone it...........but I "understand". But how they treat women and how they treat animals is abborent. Portis pretty much confirmed that when he said Vicks' dogs were his dogs "to with what he likes"............so I'll bet there's alot of black people that don't necessarily agree with what Vick did..........but they also don't understand what all the fuss is about. And remember that it was only a few years ago that prison guards made inmates fight each and bet on them..........care to guess the respective race of the guards vs. the inmates? If you refused to fight they made sure you'd get some privilege or something taken away from you.............so I'll bet black people view this as some sort of thing where white people are up in arms over another black person doing something that white people have done "WITH HUMANS"...........and I would see the point to that............but it doesnt' excuse an individual from taking pleasure in torturing another living being..........be it person or animal................so in the end they still have to own up to this shit!

There's trash in every race, and sadly many of them are never brought to their well-deserved justice. I can understand why many minorities hate white people, but there's always another side to the coin as well. The problem is we're letting all these groups we've harmed in some way into our society, to expect equality (or dominance themselves in their best case scenario) and we actually think this is going to work. Different groups of people come from different backgrounds, plain and simple.
I'd like to see if we'd be typing on computers over the internet for example, if we left advancement up to the blacks/mexicans/. Maybe Asians, but they're a little irrelevant to this topic.

Probably demographics. Hockey players tend to come from areas with less crime, in general. They just end up being dullards for the most part, but not criminals...lol.

In my experience most pro hockey players are anything but dullards. They party like baseball players. Out on the town they are pretty wild.

Quite true, equipment costs were outrageous. Dad would bitch every season in grade school and that was street hockey.

My parents told me straight up they cant afford it.. so et las i played basketball and soccer...

my elementry school ( K-8) was about 95% white i was the only brown kid they all played hockey... when i went to HIGHSCHOOL it was a completly diffrent story the kids from the elemntry schools a few block north all played basket and they were all colored..
