Why am I still watery & bloated with this much AI/AE???

It's already been said, but I want to build my post count so I'll say it again.

You're not using and AI now that will help you. That's your problem. Nolva is practically useless for bloat. Arimidex is too weak. Especially at that dose. You'll be ok with AIFM.

I have not gotten my AIFM and don't know when it coming (late delivery). What else can I use? Up the dose on Proviron?

Thanks

or maybe the insanely high dose of HCG is giving you problems...

10K iu?
2500iu one time after cycle....

those are high doses bro

That is what I was thinking cause it's the 1st time I have used thoses doses (Ref Anabolic 2002). Typically I have used 5000, 2500, 2500 IU's and not experienced this kind of bloat

This is weird..i don understand why you are still bloated after a month of PCT.
What was your cycle?

Your PCT looks good but way to much HCG and your nolvadex is low @ 20mg.

AIFM seems to work well with everyone, i personally havent tried it though. Good luck.

My cycle was a 6 month cycle, EQ, Finlaplix, Winny, Anavr..
Like I said I don't have the AIFM so I am looking for other alternatives

ok well
There is a pill called Lasix that cuts out water from your body. It works really well. Look it up.
Bodybuilders use it to take out the water before competitions.

Lasix is a VERY advanced drug IMO and not really a good recommendation as it doesnt address the base issue anyway. Not the kind of thing to be suggesting IMO

Besides all the AIFM, and anti-E's...

Drink more H20 as it's been said, but more importantly; check your diet:

Eat cleaner foods... sugary crap or loads of carbs will bloat most people no matter what.

Other Factors:

-Na+ sensitivity
-Not enough K+
-Diet (High GI carbs and elevated insulin levels and spikes, especially with fatty meals).
-Not enough water.
-medications, if taking.
-Hcg and its rise in E levels.
-etc....

If its due to elevated estrogen levels, then the AI will help. I also agree with Ulter that Nolva is worthless for this purpose and Liquidex as well....especially at low intakes.

Most likely a combination of a few things, but AIFM will definately help if it is estrous.

Exactly! Combination of Sodium sensitivity and lack of potassium.. I had the same problem too and I thought it was estrogen related. As soon as I cut my sodium back and used a potassium supplement I no longer bloated. :)

What kind of potassium supplement did you use? Can I get it at any nutrition store, i.e. GNC?
Thanks
