why am facing some troubles while am taking boldiball and sustanon

hello there pls i need the assistance of my trouble...
i took my first shot of boldiball (50) and sustanon (250) i took 1 ml each ..
thats 2 ml in my shoulders ... and i trained normally... when i woke up the other day i found my self facing dizzy headache and alot of pain inside my shouldres and a bit of feaver...
and this was the first time i took those materials...

hello again ... man i think yes i trust the source .. i asked him about this proble and he told me maybe coz it's ur first time u take it in the shoulder .. so what do u think guys ?

Get medical attention fast. Your health is way to valuable to mess with. If it is bacteria the faster the better. I just may also be a reaction do not mess around with this.
