American Express definitely. If its a small balance then get the one thats 4.5% for life - do a balance transfer.
Careful on the balance transfer. Even if they advertise a 0% for balance transfers, they charge you an initial 3% for the money you are transferring. Interest is then charged on that 3% - so if you do transfer money, pay off what results from that 3% initial fee right away or else you'll get charged interest on it.
Look for targeted offers in your mail - thats a good place to start. Unless of course you've opted out already.
When applying use the "household income" - includes any roommates etc.
HSBC will cancel your card if they notice a lot of transfers and other stuff going on with your financial institution. They seem to have a flag that pops up rather aggressively. They justify it by saying statistically when all this stuff goes on a consumer is likely to go bankrupt.
