I've told you how to do this before...why have you not done it?


Go to your bank (preferably a credit union) If you're not a member of a credit union move your accounts to one.

Then ask them for a secured credit card. Basically you will put a certain amount of money into a seperate account and then use yoru card as a credit card paying your balance every month. Typically after one year of this they will switch you from a secured to an unsecured card.

Credit union said they would maybe give me a secured credit card if I paid 150%, which means if I want a $1000 card I have to give them $1500.... lovely...

I've had a secured card with Wells Fargo for over 6 months now, I can only wait and be patient....
