OK, it's spring and we're getting the annual "will winny help me lose fat?" posts.

Well I've run winny, anavar, proviron, and many others in many combinations and the only cycle I would say actually lowered my BF without me trying was test/tren/winny.

So can anybody on here report the kind of miracle effect that spring breakers are looking for? Like going from 20% BF to visible abs by taking 50mg/day of winny and not changing your eating or training habits?

If it's possible then fine. Otherwise let's put the myths to rest.
 
From 20% to 10% without changing your diet?

im at about 9% right now and plan on running anavar at 60mg ED ramped up to 100 ED for about 6 weeks. would it be possible to get into the mid single digits? 6-7% would be nice. diet and training are 100% on point

Not possible with gear alone.
You have to get you're diet dialed in and work out like mfker
too

You will have to adjust your diet for dramatic fat loss.
 
i hate to say it but for some of us this means a shitload of cardio which blows. for others, a solid diet and real good routine could be enough. sucks. but diet needs to be tight unless youre genetically predisposed to 9% bf naturally.
 
Steroids create a mild hyperthyroidism by decreasing the thryoid binding protein (and possibly some other things)

So really, it is the increase in your metabolism from thryoxine (T4) and free T3 (triodinine or however you spell it) that may help.

With variations in genetics, some may lose more fat, some may not lose any fat at all.

It does seem that a lot of people think that steroids are going to give them definition and more muscle without much effort.
