im weighing 176 lbs but want to get to 220 or there abouts so apart from telling me to train hard i would like a bit of advice from you fellas on whats the best combo of a.s.s to go with i realy look forward to hearing all your words of wisdom so come on fellas pretend your a chef and get cooking and give me your recipe's, thanks in advance fellas
Start eating....then when you are full, eat some more then eat a protein bar for desert and wash it down with a protein shake...then do it again in 3-4 hours. Then go to the gym 5-6 times a week and don't leave till your muscles are shaking. Do that for about 5-10 years naturally. Then re-evaluate if there was anything you could do better. Then and ONLY then consider AAS. Too many people want to much too fast and don't want to pay the true price to get it.
