i weigh 179#. 5'7" tall. i'm on reforvit b right now. (5th week). i can flat bench 365# for 1. 315# for 4. i can close grip bench press (10" grip) 315# for 3 and 345# for 1. is double my body weight a decent lift for a 1 year newby? o yeah. reforvit is good shit. and no flames please. i just want to know where i stand pound for pound because i'm short and small framed. the bad thing is i have long arms. can anyone in here triple their body weight??:mad:
 
how much does your left nut weigh??

mine weighs 4.6 oz.. i just wanna know if i'm the ballsiest on the board or not.. or at least how my left nut compares to the rest of the board members' left nuts..
 
My sister's boyfriend's cousin has a nut that weighs 7.8 oz - that would be his right nut tho. I'll have to find out about the left.
 
I threw up 135 one time the other day, what a rush, loading those big plates on. Nothing can compare to the pumps.

btw, my left nut weighs 3.9 ounces and can hold 32 lbs
my right is 4.1 ounces and can hold 39 lbs. yes my right side is my strong side for pretty much all lifts. :D

Sorry bro but we're talking about contained nuts, not nuts that leave the sack. Which yours obviously are doing to lift that kind of weight.
 
ah yes genarr u are correct. when my nuts are contained, they only lift around half that weight.

and i know of no nut lifting competitions so there can't be any weight classes...if anyone wants to start one with me i'm game. don't forget...train those nuts hard, like you would any other muscle in your body.
 
IOC president Dick Pound is looking into adding nutwagging to the summer games. This is an old Scottish game that involves kilts and various sized boulders.

I am a seagull. Was forced to do squats and deadlifts all through my football career and now that i"m not lifting to their program, I don't want to do them. Even when I was squatting over 600, I still had chicken legs.

When I played football i also was squating alot (about 500+) and had chicken legs. It wasn't until I started to consider form, and looking for the pump, that my legs started to grow. My legs are 28.5 inches now. Now I don't go over 385lbs on the squat. I do this for 6reps

speaking of ballz. mine are almost non-existant. maybe not even an ounce. and i can't squat shit. maybe 225# for 5-6 reps. i can bench 225# for about 16-18. and yes i look like a pelican. chirp chirp

haha all you natural losers. my nuts used to be small and weak like yours, but ever since I started site-injecting them with fina, they've grown like nuts (pun intended!)
 
Damn genarr, you're a funny bastard.

To the guy that started this thread: being able to bench alot does not make you a badass. However, if you can bench, squat and dl a total which is equal to 6-10 times your bodyweight (depending on weight class), I think that makes you a badass.

If you can crank out 25 or more pullups at a bodyweight of 200+, I think that makes you more badass than if you can bench twice your bodyweight.

If you can do one legged squats for easy reps (rock bottom) at a bodyweight of over 200 lbs., I think that makes you more badass than just a guy who can bench 2X his bodyweight.

Lastly, if you can clean and jerk or snatch 500 or 400 lbs. and up, you are definitely BADASS. If such a person has any fighting skills whatsoever, they are not someone to be fucked with.

To quote some guy who does 1 arm pullups for reps, "One trick ponies are a pitiful lot."

Tell me, in the real world, when do you lie down and push things upwards? That's not to say I don't bench. But having a huge bench alone and nothing else doesn't make you a physical badass. Having a huge Squat, DL, Clean & Jerk or Snatch alone, however, makes you a definite badass. For it is those lifts that gauge overall strength and power better than any others.
