squat - just got a 425 box squat
deads - 275 x 6 :[

i need these cookies cause my deadlifts suck

oh 5'7-5'8 197 pounds 12-13%

training is all about strength right now.

overhead press day, back day (weighted pull ups, rows) squat day, rest, bench day, deadlift day, rest, repeat. all low reps high weight then some higher volume on the supplementary lifts

why do i deserve the cookies? im not on a diet! i promise they will all get eaten in one sitting and i will feel no guilt...

Training 5 days per week. Each bodypart once per week. Have actually been focusing on some fst7 recently and im liking that.

The cookies would help me because im dieting (not too strict, just for fun) and they would be an awesome high protein snack in between meals!

Lifitng heavy 2 x per week. (Wed / Fri) Max bench weekly.

Circuit and a lot of plyometrics and pilates.

2 days per week of MMA training (tue / Thur) -3 hours a day.

jiu jitus - 1 hr
boxing - 1 hr
muay thai - -1 hr
