Who Shoots Quads

i shoot in my quads religiously.. front and laterally and never had a problem. i dont even use the glutes anymore at all.
 
I agree with above posts. But, if you want to experience some serious pain... inject in the tear drop! Egads, couldn't walk right at all for a couple days. I've never had problems with shoulders, glutes, or quads (high and outside a little as said above).

i'm glad i clicked on this. i'm running prop and hitting every day. it's been brutal at times. missed workouts because of swelling. also, running out of places to hit. i never liked the quads because no one could give me a definite spot. anyone ever whack the tear drop?

See above.. Yes, and I didn't enjoy it! That may be just my luck though. I was in terrible pain the one time I ever tried the bicep, tricep, or tear drop. I've even heard of someone shooting in that little muscle at the top of the forearm!! Talk about running out of places to shoot. Now I'm obviously (by my pic and stats...) more of an experimenter than a heavy user- just a few light cycles really. But, I've found that everyone is different. I used to shoot 2ccs in my damn rear delts! And, never even really had pain from it, though some don't reccomend it. As far as specifically where to shoot in the thigh- I say 1/3 of the way down from the hip toward the knee right on the outer-top edge as the thigh sweep begings to curve down- if that makes any sense. Anywhere in that general area.
