whats up fellas. im having trouble designing a new workout schedule. Im usually an every other day lifter, and that works great for me. if i train more than that i overtrain easily. but here's the question: i'm starting a cycle soon(and no im def NOT a newbie) and im not sure how to plan my lifting schedule for this one. i know that working out EOD works for me, but i also dont want to waste juice. ive heard of people adding an extra day when they are on, but ive also heard of people adding extra resting days while on. im just looking for opinions, especially from guys who usually lift EOD.
