Who lifts EOD??

Wantobedeisel. Your routine sounds good bro. I just find that ANY routine would work great-- it all depends on the person, one routine will benefit one more than the other person....

I've learned that, the more you lift over time-- switch to other routines every now and then, you will find one that will work good and you should stick with it until gains stop... then time to switch up again.
