I drink 3 protein shakes a day, 1 in the morning with breakfast, 1 after I workout, and 1 before bed. The first 2 go down OK, but the last one is getting harder and harder to drink before bed. I feel sick after drinking one before bed because I've gotton tired of the same flavor, vanilla and chocolate. I would like to know who has a great tasting protein powder or if anyone has a great tasting recipe for a protein shake, share it with us please. I'm currently using Pro Complex vanilla and chocalate, and Ultramet chocolate meal replacements.
