Who has done HGH and at what IU's per day?

I am thinking about running HGH with my winter cycle, and I was wondering who has incorporated this in there cycles and what were the results and dosages? I know that it stimulates growth, cell reproduction and regeneration in humans and it produces very good keepable gains over time. From what I have read growth hormone is a 191-amino acid, stored, and secreted by the somatotroph cells within the anterior pituitary glandI have done research on it however theres a lot of conflicting information out there. I know its a slow and steady run for gains however there gains you will keep and that will last. The sides seem to be relatively small for the amount of gains that can be made over time. Whats the longest anyone has run it and what were your results? Thanks

Ive used it quite a few times in many different ways. I found I dont need massive amounts for results. 2-4iu daily is what I run. I inject AM and again PWO.

Radar, would you run it with a test cycle or on it's on?

I didn't get a chance to try it on it's own,most of the time i'm cycling test or something else with it.its hard to tell ....sorry!
 
I did 3ui HGH for one month before upping it to 6ui for the next month. I did not notice a lot of sides (carpal tunnel) but the results were great. Big loads too. NH
A few people said that I didn't do it long enough to realize all the effects. Which is true, but it's so expensive I don't care to stay on it for months on end. :P
 
How much lean body mass did you gain and have you been able to retain most of it with hard work?

Probably gained 3-5lbs of lean body mass and kept every ounce. One of the beautiful things about HGH is (at least for me) the gains are permanent.

I'll tell you what though, even if there were no anabolic effects associated with HGH, I would take it anyway simply for the health benefits and overall feeling of well being.

It is almost unbelievable how quickly HGH starts leaning you out... It literally starts working almost immediately... Only side effects I ever got were ones that just told you it was working, like numb hands. Anytime my hands hurt or would get numb, I would only smile because I knew my gear was G2G...

Once my sources product stopped giving me red welts at the injection site and my hands no longer got numb, I knew something was wrong... Too bad I bought 7 x 100iu kits before discovering this... F me... :(

Another thing... Everyone seems to get different results from HGH, but my personal recommendation would be to not take it unless cycling with AAS if you're expecting significant muscle gains.

I've found that (unless on AAS of course) muscle gains off of HGH are minimal, but it's almost magical in the way it burns fat, increases energy, improves sleep, etc.
