Who has done HGH and at what IU's per day?

I am thinking about running HGH with my winter cycle, and I was wondering who has incorporated this in there cycles and what were the results and dosages? I know that it stimulates growth, cell reproduction and regeneration in humans and it produces very good keepable gains over time. From what I have read growth hormone is a 191-amino acid, stored, and secreted by the somatotroph cells within the anterior pituitary glandI have done research on it however theres a lot of conflicting information out there. I know its a slow and steady run for gains however there gains you will keep and that will last. The sides seem to be relatively small for the amount of gains that can be made over time. Whats the longest anyone has run it and what were your results? Thanks
 
I'm about to run my first trial with HGH. I am planning on starting at 3iu a day for a week then bumping it up to 4iu and run that for a week. I want to get to 5iu a day and stay there for the remainder of my time on the HGH. I plan on running it for a year and see where it takes me.
 
i have, its great , run it 5-6iu ed , consider low dose t3 25mcg daily , i would run it as long as possible , if you can 8 weeks or so before your cycle commences then a few months after as well.

it keeps you lean, you feel fantastic, i feel it compliments any cycle really well.

CSB, did you have any sides off of 6ius per day? What type of gains did you make. I was going to go on it for 6 months minimum, starting at 4ius per day and bumping that to 6 ius per day. I read where you start getting some nasty sides anything over 8 ius per day?

its difficult to quantify how much i gained from it as when i started i was already on a test base and then moved into a tren ace / test cycle before moving onto test eq. what i can say is its the best i ever looked, i was lean despite what i was eating. i felt fantastic,libido went through the roof, but not the same as test , with test you want to knock holes in furniture but with gh it was more intimate , sounds wierd i know lol the feeling of well being probably off set alot of the negative sides of tren at the time to be honest

negative sides were few, all i really had was some bloat the first few weeks which went away , and i had a numb finger tip haha which only went away after a few months after i stopped.

when you stop the effects last a long time 2-3 iu is considered great for aiding in fat loss, 5iu and up is considered where you start to benefit some muscle growth. if your only after growth your better off spending your hard earned cash on a great AAS cycle. but used in conjunction for me was certainly worth the dollars :supercool

I'm in my 4th month with it at 4iu daily with a 1 day Break each week so far i'm sleeping like a corpse. and a feeling of good being are my only sides!
 
This is very interesting thread, I always was curious with how HGH works and all the benefits it has.., it is a new learning curve for me, I must say.
