Who does cardio while on the juice?

I believe increasing VO2 max helps some with muscle growth but I don't know how much..

I think cardio is largly counter productive while trying to gain mass...
 
during bulking...maybe once a week
during cutting ...5 times a week
with me a get bad shin splints when "on" so i'm confined to the elliptical machines
 
Hey Biggerisbetter, I get shin splints to when I'm juicing. 3 minutes on the tread mill will have me in tears so I also just use the elliptical. Do you have any idea why that happens?
