Who can see your medical records?

I don't know too much about how insurance works, but if you have insurance through your employer, can they see what you went to the doctor for and what tests he ran, drugs prescribed, diagnoses, etc?

HIPPA Laws are supposed to protect your medical history/records. You can sue anyone who discloses them.

insurance companys can with a hippa release but your employer can not and if he does then you can sue the shit out of the dr and employer

Well i can tell you this, i wasnt so sure my best freind was going to have me deliver a bag to a sting OP, But he did ! On the other hand having blood work done isnt anything that they can hang you for..your not testing yourself for Drugs ! Test is natral Bro..Get yourself checked out, fuck it !
