I used to mix up a batches of raw cookie dough - butter, sugar (white and brown), flour (white), eggs (raw), a little salt and baking soda, a handful of chocolate chips...and EAT it ALL. YUUUUUMMMM!
Have no idea of the nutritional breakdown - somehow I don't think the word "nutritional" descibes it at all. 
Choc chip cookies are still my ultimate #1 fav, but mostly I eat them cooked now (and in smaller quantities
). I still sneak a taste of the raw dough though. Could I have built up a tolerance to Salmonella poisoning over the past 30 years? Never have I gotten sick from eating raw dough.
